USCG icebreaking operations chance for Arctic oils spill cleanup demonstration - ASK SHELL TO DEMONSTRATE IN ICE

USCG icebreaking operations present a chance for Arctic oils spill cleanup demonstration - ASK SHELL TO DEMONSTRATE A SIMULATED CLEANUP IN REAL ICE CONDITIONS - POSSIBLE?  VERY DOUBTFUL IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE.  IF SHELL CANNOT PERFORM A CLEAN UP IN ICE WHY SHOULD THEY BE ALLOWED TO DRILL IN THE ARCTIC - SHAME ON US GOVERNMENT REGULATORS FOR NOT USING BEST SCIENCE TO PROTECT AND DEFEND USA ASSETS.  JUST FOLLOW THE MONEY - US GOVERNMENT STANDS TO BENEFIT BILLIONS FROM SHELL ROYALTY PAYMENTS...

STURGEON BAY — The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Mobile Bay will begin icebreaking operations Monday in Green Bay.

The cutter will enter Green Bay at Sherwood Point Light and travel northwest toward Green Island and along Lake Carriers Association shipping tracks to Rock Island Passage and Porte Des Morts, according to the Coast Guard.

Operations also will take place in and around Sturgeon Bay and Escanaba, Mich.

Ice fisherman should remove ice shacks and equipment from these areas, and recreational users of the ice should avoid shipping channels, plan carefully and use caution near the ice.
