Sportfishing in Alaska - amazing fishing opportunities

Who: Teesha Northcott
The Fish: Sockeye Salmon and what appears to be some Silver (Coho) Salmon too.
Location: Mouth of the Kenai River Alaska

HOW BIG IS BIG IN ALASKA?

Thirty inches is the Holy Grail for large trout, 80 pounds for a humongous salmon, 300 for a big halibut. Hardly a brow is raised unless one lands a whopper in the aforementioned scale.

  1. I love your blog so much! I just got into sportfishing a few years back but I became instantly addicted. I went Costa Rica Sportfishing last month and it was the best experience of my life, thank you for sharing this with us!

  2. Why don't you put together a small group (4) and come fishing with Michelle and Myself in Alaska aboard our 55' yacht named GREY GOOSE. We also have a 16' Willie driftboat that we carry with us.

    Opportunity knocking!!!

    :-)
